At Estuary Store, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

📦 Our Policy at a Glance

  • Return window: 7 days from delivery date
  • Exchange window: 7 days from delivery date
  • Refund method: Store credit or original payment method
  • Condition required: Unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached

✅ What Can Be Returned

  • Items with manufacturing defects (wrong print, damaged fabric, stitching issues)
  • Wrong size delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Wrong item delivered

❌ What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Custom or personalised orders

🔄 How to Raise a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@estuarystore.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product
  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps
  4. Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the item back

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders: Refund issued as store credit (valid for 6 months)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

📏 Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? We'll exchange it for the right one — subject to availability. Raise a request within 7 days. We'll arrange reverse pickup and send the new size once we receive the original item.

🚚 COD Orders & Returns

COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are subject to a ₹49 handling fee at the time of order. In case of a return on a COD order, the ₹49 fee is non-refundable. Refunds for COD orders are issued as store credit only.

⏱️ Processing Time

All returns and exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the item at our end.
